Creating Your Notary Account

Step 1: Navigate to the signup page

Go to https://www.notaryeveryday.com/signup to begin the account creation process. And choose Notary Public as your account user type to begin.

Step 2: Enter your personal information

Fill in the following fields:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Password

  • Phone

Step 3: Provide your address

Enter your address. This is required to be discovered by signing services.

Step 4: Review and accept the terms

Check the boxes for:

  • "I accept the terms and conditions & privacy policy"

  • "I agree to receive SMS messages. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

Step 5: Click "Sign Up"

After filling in all required fields and accepting the terms, click the "Sign Up" button to create your account.


Setting Up Your Notary Profile

After creating and verifying your account, you'll need to set up your profile to start receiving signing opportunities.

Step 1: Log in to your account

Use your email and password to log in to your newly created account.

Step 2: Navigate to the profile setup section

Look for an option like "Complete Your Profile" or "Edit Profile" after logging in.

Step 3: Add your Notary Credentials

Upload and provide information for:

  • Background Check Report (Company, Issue Date, Report file)

  • Notary Commission License (State, Commission Number, Expiration, Document file)

  • Errors & Omission Insurance (Company, Policy Number, Amount, Expiration, Document file)

  • Electronic Notary State License (State, Commission Number, Expiration, Document file)

  • W9 (W9 File, Pay To Name, Tax ID)

Step 4: Add Notary Certifications

Include certifications for:

  • Loan Signing System (LSS) Certificate of Completion

  • NNA Certification

  • Any additional certificates you may have

Step 5: Complete your Notary Profile

Fill in the following information:

  • Upload a Profile Picture

  • Set up your personal website URL - this is also known as a Slug Name. (e.g., www.notaryeveryday.com/notary/yourname)

  • Full Name (required)

  • Bio (up to 150 characters)

  • Contact Information:

    • Mobile Phone #

    • Alternate Phone #

    • Fax #

    • Email (required)

    • Alternate Email

    • Additional Contact Info

  • Availability

  • Check Payable To

  • Payment Address (required)

  • Document Shipping Address (required)

  • City, Zip Code, and State (based on document shipping address)

Step 6: Specify Languages Spoken

Select all languages you're fluent in.

Step 7: Indicate Experience and Capabilities

Check all that apply from the list, including:

  • Notary

  • Reverse Mtg. Experience

  • E-Sign Experience
