Breakdown of the Order Pager
This guide is tailored to estate planners and advisor clients using the platform who need to view and manage an order.
Order Header

At the very top of every order page, you'll find the Order Header. This section displays all your core order information including the order number, signer's name, document type, appointment date and time, and location.
The Order Header remains fixed at the top as you navigate through different tabs, ensuring you'll always have context about which order you're viewing and performing actions in.
Action Tabs

Below the Order Header, you'll find three main tabs that organize all aspects of your order:
Summary Tab
The Summary tab provides your at-a-glance view of the entire order.
On the left side, you'll see:
Signing Details - The address, appointment times, file number, and any special flags like whether scanbacks are required
People - Information about the signer and assigned notary, including their rating and contact information
Confirmation & Completion - The audit trail showing when the order was confirmed and sent out
On the right side, you'll see:
Order Tracker - A visual representation of where you are in the workflow (Scheduled, Signed, Payment, Complete)
Messages Tab
The Messages tab is where all communication related to this specific order lives. You can send messages directly to the signing service, the notary, or the signer, and everything stays threaded in one place. Messages support Markdown formatting for clear communication.
All order-related emails and updates will be visible here, eliminating the need to search through scattered email threads.
Documents Tab
The Documents tab is where file management happens.
On the left side, you'll find:
Documents section - Shows all uploaded files that need to be signed, including upload date, page count, and critically - whether the notary has downloaded them yet
On the right side, you'll find:
Scanbacks section - Where completed, signed documents will appear after the signing appointment is complete
The download status indicator ensures you'll always know if the notary has received the necessary files.
Order Tracker

The Order Tracker appears on the right side of every tab and provides a consistent visual representation of your order's progress through the workflow:
Scheduled - Appointment confirmed
Signed - Awaiting signing completion
Payment - Complete signing first
Complete - Order finalized
This tracker follows you across all tabs, so you'll always know the current status of the order regardless of which section you're viewing.
