## Step-by-step guide

This guide is tailored to estate planners and advisor clients using the platform who need to create and schedule an order.

### **Click "Schedule Order"**

From your dashboard, locate and click the **Schedule Order** button in the top-left corner. This will take you to the order creation flow, which consists of two pages.

### **Enter order information**

On the first page, fill in the client company, primary contact (signing service orchestrator), and Contact 1 (yourself). All order-related emails will be sent to this address. You can also add additional contacts who should be CC'd on order communications.

### Add signing and payment details

On the second page, select the signing type and scheduling preference (At, To Be Determined, ASAP, or Range). Enter the signer's name, phone, email, and signing address. Choose witness arrangements, enter invoicing details, and upload documents if ready.

### Submit your order

Add any special instructions or language preferences in the additional details section. Click **Create Order** to submit. You'll receive a confirmation and email updates as the notary is hired, schedules, confirms, completes the appointment, and uploads scanbacks.
